Return Policy

  • UPDATE Please note ALL RETURNS all suspeneded from Feb to JUNE 1st.2020.Returns will not be accepted during the pandemic.
  • We will gladly refund the full purchase price if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days, if accompanied by a receipt only.
  • Store credit for the current price will be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 7 days. All sales are final after 30 days.
  • Beds, car seats, apparel, cat trees and CBD/Pharmacy/flea/tick prevention products must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging.
  • Pet collars and harnesses must be clean and have original tags and packaging still attached.
  • Returns must be processed in store and online order returns will be processed back to the original form of payment.
  • Some foods do not qualify for return. Please ask in advance. When in doubt please ask to try samples first.
  • Qualifying foods being returned must include receipt,original package & customer is required to fill out a return form.
  • Free items with purchase are not eligible for returns/money refunds or credits.
  • You will lose your 1 purchase credit towards your free bag of food when qualifying food brands are returned.
  • Items returned over $15.00 will result in the loss of earned loyalty point for that purchase if the total amount falls below the required amount to earn your loyalty points. If item(s) returned were from a loyalty purchase you will be refunded the amount after the discount is applied.
  • Money back is never given when you use a gift certificate. 


All clothing returns must include:

  • Your receipt,clean items with original tags attached still and must be processed in 48 hours for money back.
  • Otherwise store credit will be issued for items purchased up to 7 days.
  • After 7 days all sales of couture are final. No exceptions.
  • Seasonal items are final sale.
