Not all brands are delivered to us on Thursday or Friday. This will result in a delay for your order. If your item is out of stock, you will have a delay in fulfillment.

Did you miss the deadline? You will need to wait until the following week. Week of a Holiday? We may not get deliveries that week.
**NOTE**You must wait for your order is separated to pick up email. Do not come to the store once your auto order is placed at the 3rd email notification.
**Orders can't be adjusted after that. They are not ready for pick up. They will not be refunded.Please make sure to manage your auto order accordingly.Only you can adjust your orders.
Auto orders will process to be filled after you have gotten your 3 emails concerning updates. The email will tell you you will pick up at the Metuchen store. That means the location NOT that your order is ready to pick up! You will get a pick up order email once the order is filled per the above schedule of fullfillment. Please not come to pick up an order if you have not gotten the email your order is ready. Online orders are not filled from the retail store. They are special ordered. Please adjust your auto order time frame accordingly so you don't run out of food. Auto Orders that exceed 5 weeks (CC security measures) will be canceled and you will not earn the discount.

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?
The Scottish Dog is open 6 days a week, 11am - 6 pm Tuesday to Wed & Thursday to Friday. 11am- 7pm and Saturday 11-4 and 11am-3pm Sunday.
In-store pickup is available during all normal business hours. 2 hour pick up is suspended during the pandemic.
Did you place an order? Check your spam folder for the emails that are sent to you after you place your order if you dont get comminication from us in your inbox.
During the Pandemic our updated hours are posted at our FB page or here on the web warehouse.

What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup? ***SUSPENDED at this time
All orders received 2 hours prior to close are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.
What if I place my order after the cutoff time? ***We are NO LONGER FILLING same day orders.
All In-Store Pickup orders placed after 3:00 pm on Thursday,Friday,& Sat will be available for pickup
the following day, starting at 12:00 pm.
The cut off to place orders on Tuesday & Wednesday is 6pm. Orders will then be available starting at 12:00pm the following day.

How long does it take to process my order?
Normally,In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time during our currently scheduled pick-up hours.
**Bulk orders are pre paid and then ordered. Most times for Friday pick ups.
***However, we no longer provide 2 hr pick ups.***
How much does In-Store Pickup cost?
Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items, with no additional fees applied.

All returns must be processed in-person at The Scottish Dog Pet Supplies store in Metuchen, NJ. Returns must be approved by the brand first before we can process it.
